Olympique de Marseille still wants to bring Arturo Vidal. The Marseille club has considered a proposal to attract the Chilean international.

Current property of Inter Milan, the former FC Barcelona seems on paper out of reach of relatively limited Marseille finances. At the Nerazzurri, Arturo Vidal receives the tidy sum of € 6.5 million net, just in salary. Reported to the monthly gross, this is equivalent to 700,000 euros. An amount never disbursed in Marseille.

And yet the Gazzetta dello Sport confirms that OM have clearly shown their interest in the thirty-three-year-old man, who only has one year of contract with Inter. According to the media, Marseille would have tried to take a step towards its target, by offering him a two-year contract, with his current salary, spread over this period. In other words, a division by two, for a salary of 350,000 € gross per month. The ball is in Arturo Vidal’s court.
