At the end of the contract at Real Madrid, Sergio ramos is announced very close to PSG. However, the entourage of the 35-year-old central defender is still active in the transfer market.
Agreement already found between Sergio Ramos and PSG?
Eager to get their hands on a new world-class central defender, Paris Saint-Germain is announced in the footsteps of legendary Real Madrid captain, Sergio Ramos. The sporting director of the capital club, Leonardo, has even already started to discuss with the entourage of the Spanish international in recent months. According to The Cuatro, the two sides have reached an agreement around a two-year contract with an optional third season for a salary of 14 million euros per year.
A trend confirmed by the newspaper Don Balon which specifies that the Madrid club has already taken steps for the succession of Ramos. So, Florentino Perez has targeted Manchester City defender Aymeric Laporte (26, under contract until 2025) as the Merengues’ priority for the job. While everything therefore seems settled for PSG on this file, the agent of the quadruple European champion (2014, 2016, 2017, 2018) seems to want to try something else.
Ramos and Monchi’s brother seen together
Indeed, in a snapshot published on social networks by the Spanish media, Rene Ramos, the brother and agent of the Madrid defender, is seen in a cafe with Monchi, the sporting director of Sevilla FC. A photo which quickly ignited the rumors since Ramos made his classes with the Sevillians from 2002 to 2005 before joining Real.
For some local sources, a return to Seville would be in the pipeline for Zinedine Zidane’s protégé. The PSG will he therefore be crushed on this big blow?
