OM have finally managed to find a way out for their Dutch midfielder Kevin Strootman.
Dutch midfielder Kevin Strootman will not return to OM this summer. After a six-month loan from Genoa’s side, he has just been ceded to another Serie A club. Another one-year cession, but with option for an additional season. The ancient Roman pledged in favor of Cagliari. A relief for the Olympians officials, and probably for the supporters of the team as well.
OM breathe financially
Arrived in Marseille in 2018, Strootman has never really been able to be at his ease with the Marseille training. He has only scored 3 goals in France. The beginnings were encouraging, but he quickly passed away and the succession of coaches on the bench was not really beneficial to him. Management had been trying to get rid of him for several months, but his substantial salary was a problem. The Batavian was earning € 450,000 per month. Eventually, and when we least expected it, a way out was found for him. The Sardinians made the bet to believe in him and in the end everyone finds his account.
