Aston Villa center-back Ezri Konsa signed a new contract on Friday for the England club coached by Dean Smith.
The England footballer has initialed a long-term lease with the Villa Park-based side. Until then under contract until June 2023, the 23-year-old has now signed until June 2026 with the club which currently occupies tenth place in the Premier League.
Enlisted in July 2019 against a check for 13.3 million euros, the former Brentford player has played 58 matches in all competitions with Aston Villa. Since the start of the 2020-2021 season, the Londoner has taken part in 27 games, making 26 Premier League appearances and 2 goals.
