ESPN media claim to know who has a slight advantage in Erling Haaland’s record between Barcelona and Madrid.
Erling Haaland’s father Alf-Inge Haaland and his agent, famous Mino Raiola, spoke to Barcelona and Real Madrid on Thursday about a possible transfer of the superstar striker from Borussia Dortmund.
Alf-Inge Haaland and Raiola flew to Barcelona on Thursday morning for a 2.5-hour meeting with new Barca president Joan Laporta and the club’s new director of football Mateu Alemany.

The media ESPN says the meeting was a first step in exploring the viability of a deal, with discussions still in their infancy. The pair then flew to Madrid, arriving at the city’s Barajas airport on Thursday afternoon and had talks with Real Madrid which continued into the evening.
Sources told ESPN that the meeting with Madrid was “friendly” and “like the ones we often have regarding the players”.
Raiola and Haaland wanted to know more about Real Madrid’s summer intentions and plans, while Real Madrid general manager José Angel Sanchez wanted to hear firsthand details about the player’s situation.
Sources have said that if Madrid decide to move for the Norwegian, the merngues would have the advantage over Barca given Madrid’s relationship with Borussia Dortmund and their more favorable financial situation.
Sources added that Dortmund were aware of the meeting between Haaland’s representatives and that other clubs would be looking to discuss a transfer with the player. Haaland held a series of similar talks with interested clubs, including Manchester United, before leaving FC Salzburg to join Dortmund in January 2020.
