If he did not play in the Clasico, gerard Pique had clashes with players and the referee.
Although he didn’t play a single minute of Saturday’s Clasico, Gerard Pique didn’t hesitate to convey his feelings to the referee at the final whistle.
The FC Barcelona replacement approached Jesus Gil Manzano at the Estadio Di Stefano pitch and had to be held up by club delegate Carlos Naval. Pique was visibly unhappy with Gil Manzano before expressing his anger at Naval for trying to get him away from the referee.
In Gil Manzano’s official report, it was shown that Pique had received a yellow card for his behavior. Ronald Koeman had also approached the referee to complain.
Barcelona expected more time to be added for a stoppage of play that had been ordered in order to repair the referee’s equipment.
Moreover, Barcelona were dismayed by the decision not to award an oenalty for Ferland Mendy’s charge against Martin Braithwaite in the second half.
Pique also had a clash with Luka Modric, who appeared to say the center-back was complaining as always.
Still, Modric went down the tunnel and nothing more came out of it.

“Are you waiting to complain?”, Launched the Real midfielder in images captured by the Movistar channel which broadcast the match on the other side of the Pyrenees.
“Four minutes!”, Replied the Barcelona defender before seeing the Croatian playmaker conclude with: “And how many did you want?”, Retorted the Ballon d’Or 2018 in the wake.
As a reminder, Leo Messi attacked the referee with very dry words, demanding “a little respect”.
