Barça are looking for a striker and if he fails on his plan A, his plan B is particularly expensive.
A center-forward is at the top of Barcelona’s priority list for next season after failing to replace prolific Luis Suarez since his move to Atletico Madrid. Borussia Dortmund’s Erling Haaland is the number one target at the moment, but the club know that getting his signature won’t be easy with his astronomical price tag and the fact that several big european clubs are suing him.
Haaland is expensive, Kane will not be free …
While rumored 150million euros would be needed to keep Haaland away from Dortmund, Barcelona have put together a list of alternatives including Tottenham striker Harry Kane. However, it won’t be easy to bring in Kane either, as Spurs are unwilling to sell and according to Marca, London leaders will not accept less than 100 million euros for their star player. The England striker also earns € 12million a year and has three years left on his contract.
