Stuttgart has just formalized the arrival of Moussa Cissé. The young defender arrives in Germany to initial a 4-season contract, i.e. until June 2025 with the team from Baden-Württemberg. After the departures of Tanguy Kouassi and Abdoulaye Kamara or Stanley Nsoki, Moussa Cissé highlights the difficulties of PSG to keep its young people.
