According to the Italian press, Christophe Galtier would appear in the Napoli short-list, to replace Gennaro Gattuso.
Currently in the race for the title in Ligue 1 with Lille, Christophe Galtier attracts European clubs. Already targeted by Nice and Olympique Lyonnais, the 54-year-old French coach is also said to be targeted by a Serie A club, as Sky Sports informs.
Galtier or Spalletti to replace Gattuso
Indeed, Napoli would have targeted Christophe Galtier to take Gennaro Gattuso’s place next season. The Italian technician is said to be in conflict with the Neapolitan management, as the club are still struggling to play in the Champions League in the next season.
However, the Italian media explains that Luciano Spalletti (62), free for two years, would remain the priority track. Vincenzo Italiano (43), the coach of Spezia, was also cited.
