Pushed towards the exit by FC Barcelona, Philippe Coutinho is not short of requests. A return to Italy is starting to take shape.
Coutinho’s future could emerge in Milan, reports the daily Tuttosport. The Brazilian playmaker is still recovering from a knee injury but he is aware he is not in Barcelona’s plans. Therefore, his agent, Kia Joorabchian, looks for a way out for him to rebound elsewhere. The Brazilian is currently in contact with AC Milan and is negotiating a loan commitment.
Milan hesitate between Coutinho and James Rodriguez
Milan are back in the Champions League next season, making it an attractive option for Coutinho, who previously played for rival club Inter Milan. Moreover, Milan also lost Hakan Calhanoglu, who joined… the Nerazzurri. The Lombards are therefore looking for an attacking midfielder. Coutinho therefore appeared as an interesting solution, as did James Rodriguez, the star of Everton.
