Surprising news for a former OM player! At 39, this striker takes his crampons back to play Panathinaïkós.
For this Champions League winner with Liverpool, retirement seemed very heavy on a daily basis. Djibril Cissé will play football again! Passed by OM between 2006 and 2008, the 39-year-old man will put on his crampons on a football field. During his career, he notably wore the Greek jersey of Panathinaïkós for two seasons. Moreover, Djibril Cissé will remake a freelance in a club of the same name despite his advanced age.

Djibril Cissé will therefore wear the tunic again within the Greek-American club in Chicago. The Chicago Panathinaïkós was created by two supporters of the club from Greece. The former OM will organize, in partnership with the club, paid football camps for young people and adults.
